What we collect
When you send the quote or contact form we store what you type (name, phone, email, the service you chose, your message) and any file you attach, along with the time, the page you sent it from and your connection's IP address, which we keep to stop abuse of the form. We use this only to answer you and to do the work you asked about. Submissions are stored in the site's private database and emailed to the shop and to the agency that maintains the site.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Analytics cookies are set for measurement only; advertising storage is off by default. You can block analytics with a browser extension or by turning off cookies for this site.
Cookies
The public site sets analytics cookies as described above and a session cookie only when you use the admin sign-in. The forms use a hidden timing check to stop bots, which stores nothing on your device.

Links to Facebook, Google and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
